Refund policy

At Medole Inc. the health and wellbeing of our partners, customers, employees and communities is our top priority. All products customers purchase from us are manufactured in a clean, GMP certified facility. We are proudly Canadian.

Products Purchased from Other Retail Stores 

Products that are purchased at retail stores should be returned at those stores. They have their own return policies that are independent of ours.

Products Purchased from Our Online Shop

Unopened Products 

If you wish to return an unopened product, please contact us at contact@medole.ca to provide a reason for your return. If the return is approved, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to receive your refund and instructions on returning the product. You may be responsible for shipping fees depending upon your location.

Opened Products

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept opened products at this point in time. Due to our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we must decline all returns for opened products due to the safety of our customers and employees.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at contact@medole.ca  Photographs of the damaged product may be requested. Our staff will determine what further action to take if any, but we will do the best we can to come to a satisfactory resolution.
